  • The learner undertakes a minimum of 10 hours of study at their base school, with the remaining 5 hours completed at NorthTec on a Friday using their tertiary facilities and faculty. Enrollment for this course is undertaken the year prior to admission. NorthTec will inform schools of their timeline for this.

  • This Programme utilises a partnership with NorthTec to offer the learner the opportunity to gain their L3 Cookery National Certificate. The learners spend one day a week at NorthTec as well as completing block courses in their holidays and during normal school terms. The remainder of the course is taught at their base school.

  • This is a part time programme offered across two years (site dependant). Students achieve a range of key tasks including carrying out general engineering tasks, demonstrating knowledge of petrol fuel systems, automotive cooling systems and air conditioning, and knowledge of safe work practices in a workshop.
